One of the Tradisionalist City in Java and several recomended of destinations

-YOGYAKARTA-
Who doesn't know Jogja? This city in Central Java is always crowded with tourists during holidays. Jogja or Yogyakarta is a major tourist destination for many Indonesians after Bali. As the name suggests; Special Region of Yogyakarta, this city is very special because it is one of the cities in Indonesia that still has a royal family.
My cousin named Azlan Kurnia and Marli Adek from Bukittinggi went on vacation to Yogya. They really enjoyed the atmosphere. there they were not only on vacation but they also tested college entrance. They didn't have time to take pictures because of their short time. they only recommend places that they have visited in Yogya, namely:

1. Borobudur Temple

Borobudur Temple is one of the historical heritages in Indonesia which has been recognized by the international arena. This temple is a Buddhist temple. Borobudur Temple is one of the main destinations for domestic or foreign tourists.

2. Jalan Malioboro

The most famous street in Yogyakarta is Jalan Malioboro. Along this road there are shops and street vendors who sell various kinds of goods, from clothing, handicrafts to food. One of the special things about Malioboro is the lesehan food seller.
This lesehan food seller will hold the session after 5 pm. Malioboro Street will be more crowded at night because in some places there will be several groups of street musicians who will entertain visitors with their songs.
Also at night you can also see some people wearing various costumes that will be willing to be photographed without pay. Malioboro Street is always interesting to visit. The atmosphere of this road is unique, those of you who are looking for a nighttime jogja tour can also take a leisurely stroll here.

3. Prambanan Temple

Another famous temple is Prambanan Temple. Located about 17Km from the center of Yogyakarta, Prambanan Temple is the largest Hindu temple in Indonesia. This temple has reliefs that tell stories about Ramayana and Krishnayana. In this temple also the performance of Rama Shinta was held. The usual days of the show are held indoors, on full evenings the show is almost always held in the open room with Prambanan Temple acting as a background, giving a beautiful view. Because it is not too far from the city center, it is not difficult to reach this temple. Public transportation is also available to this place for those of you who do not carry private vehicles. This place has never been less interesting than other new tourist spots in Jogja that continue to emerge.

I guess that's what I got very interesting information from my cousin and hopefully can help other friends.
