How to good an interview

     An interview is a conversation between two people or maybe more. Usually this interview is attached to the field of work or organization. For example if someone is applying for a job or entering an organization at the end of the stage so that it can be considered as a qualification or not is an interview but others also with interviews in journalists. Journalist interviews are more often used to produce news. Interview is formal. Usually in interviews questions are often asked about background, quality of self, abilities, personality and expectations. In the interview we should not ask personal things to the person interviewed. In interviews usually use 5W + 1H (What, Where, Who, When, Why and How).

     There are several techniques for effectively interviewing someone :

1. Find a comfortable and interesting place

     In interviewing someone we should choose and consider where is suitable for interviewing someone like in caffe, coffee shop, or a place that has been determined by the person who wants to be interviewed.

2. Prepare a few questions

         In preparing questions avoid questions that point to someone's personal affairs because it will make the person in the interview offended and maybe immediately to end the interview. Then prepare questions that are appropriate to the context and deserve to be made a source in making a story.

3. Dress

        Preferably in interviewing someone must be neat, polite and clean as a shirt, basic pants / skirt, high heels / sneakers / pantofel. From this appearance, someone can add value to us because we respect everyone we will meet.

4. Behave

     In acting, an interviewer should use good, polite and beautiful words to hear. Do not arrive in interviewing someone we issue inappropriate words and make the person we interview offended. Besides being in a sitting position and eye contact. Do not make the person we interview becomes uncomfortable seeing our inappropriate style. Be kind in place.
