An interview is a conversation between two people or maybe more. Usually this interview is attached to the field of work or organization. For example if someone is applying for a job or entering an organization at the end of the stage so that it can be considered as a qualification or not is an interview but others also with interviews in journalists. Journalist interviews are more often used to produce news. Interview is formal. Usually in interviews questions are often asked about background, quality of self, abilities, personality and expectations.
